The electronic signature has the same legal validity as a handwritten signature in most situations, according to Law 59/2003 and the eDAS Regulation. It is legally binding and can be used as evidence in legal proceedings, functioning as a strengthened simple electronic signature (SES).

It has full legal validity in Spain and LATAM and you can use it to sign all kinds of documents, from employment and commercial contracts to informed consents and financial documents.

The process is very simple and quick:

  1. Upload the document and add the recipients who need to sign.
  2. Specify where they should sign and in what format.
  3. Check how the email will arrive, if you need observers, and in what order you want the signatures to be done.
  4. Send it off and you’re all set. You’ll be able to check how the signing is going and you will be notified when it’s complete.

The platform uses advanced authentication methods (like codes via email or WhatsApp), data encryption, and secure storage on certified servers.

Additionally, an audit report is generated with details of the signing process, including IP address, time, and the device used.

Each signed document includes:

  • a ‘hash’ (it’s like a digital fingerprint of a document: once you create it, you can’t change anything without it being noticed)
  • and a unique link that allows you to verify the authenticity and validity of the document on the platform, even by third parties.

All your data and documents are securely stored in the CRM in compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR). You can request the deletion of your data or access to it at any time.
