Yes, you can’t have more than 10 active users on the platform or more than 100,000 contacts in the CRM. If that’s your case, write to us so we can find the best solution for you.
Support is via email and does not include custom developments or tailored integrations.
How many sessions do I get when I purchase the service?
You have 6 one-hour sessions to use within the next 45 days from the moment you purchase the service. You schedule the sessions according to your availability and the expert’s.
What happens if I miss my appointment and don’t give advance notice?
Time doesn’t stop or rewind, and neither does the session. You can reschedule a session with a minimum of 48h notice.
Missed session = lost session.
To avoid problems, the expert assigned to your plan will send you an email reminder 24 hours before the appointment.

How can I book more hours if I need them?
Does the expert implement actions in my Clientify account?
In general, no — you carry out the actions to make sure you’ll know how to do the steps on your own once the service ends.
Still, there may be moments where the expert accesses and configures something or helps you with a specific block if necessary.
Does the Clientify expert define my strategy?
Within 24-48 hours after purchasing, the assigned expert will send you an email and a WhatsApp to introduce themselves and share their calendar. That’s where you can schedule your sessions.
Can I purchase more than one Support service?
The service starts when the expert contacts you, i.e., within 24-48 hours after payment.
You have 28 days to complete sessions for sales, marketing, and communication services, 14 days for the Express Support service, and 45 days for the 360 service, taking into account both your and the expert’s availability.
Do I need to prepare anything for the first session?
Yes, there is homework. To get the most out of the first session, the expert will send you an email with a list of tasks you need to complete before that session.
Does the Clientify expert define my strategy?
No, the expert does not define your strategy, but they can guide you and recommend improvements based on their experience and the specific characteristics of your business.
