How many sessions do I have when I book the service?
You have 3 sessions of 1 hour to use in the next 28 days from when you book the service. The sessions are scheduled based on your availability and that of the expert.
What happens if I miss my appointment and don’t notify in advance?
Time neither returns nor goes back, and neither does the session. You can reschedule a session with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Missed session, lost session.
To avoid issues, the expert assigned to your plan will send you a reminder via email 24 hours before the appointment.
And another via WhatsApp 1 hour before the appointment.
How can I book more hours if I need them?
You can do it from Clientify, in the Billing area. This option is available only for users with admin roles.
Does the expert implement the actions on my Clientify account?
In general, no, you take the actions to ensure that you’ll know how to proceed on your own when the service ends.
However, it’s possible that at some point, the expert may access and configure some details or help you with any issues if necessary.
Can I book more than one Coaching service?
Yes, no problem. You will need to do it from “Billing”, within Clientify. Only account administrators will be able to do this.
After making the payment, how do I schedule and access the sessions?
Within 24-48 hours after you sign up, the assigned expert will send you an email and a WhatsApp message to introduce themselves and share their calendar. You can schedule the sessions there.
When does the service start and end once the payment is made?
The service starts when the expert contacts you, which means within 24-48 hours after payment.
You have 28 days to complete the sessions in sales, marketing, and communication services, 14 days for the Express Support service, and 45 days for the 360 service, considering both the expert’s and your availability.
Do I need to prepare anything for the first session?
Yes, there are tasks. To get the most out of the first session, the expert will send you an email with a list of tasks you need to complete before that session.
Does the expert in Clientify define my strategy?
No, the expert does not define your strategy, but they can guide and recommend improvements based on their experience and the specific characteristics of your business.
