How many sessions do I get when I hire the service?
What happens if I miss my appointment and don’t notify in advance?
Time doesn’t come back, neither does the session. If you can’t attend, let us know at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
Session that you miss, session that you lose.
To make sure you don’t forget, your expert will send you a reminder by email 24 hours before and another via WhatsApp 1 hour before. Impossible to forget!
How can I hire more hours if I need them?
You can do it from Clientify, in the Billing area. This option is available only to users with admin roles.
Does the expert implement actions in my Clientify account?
Generally, no. You are the one implementing actions so that by the end of the service, you can manage everything without issues.
However, if you ever get stuck, the expert can lend a hand and adjust details if necessary.
Can I hire more than one Support service?
Yes, no problem. You should do it from “Billing”, within Clientify. Only account admin users can do this.
After making the payment, how do I schedule and access the sessions?
Once the payment is completed, the expert will contact you via email and WhatsApp within the next 24-48 hours. In that message, they will present their calendar, where you can easily choose and schedule your sessions. Easy and straightforward, just how it should be!
When does the service start and end once the payment is made?
The service starts when the expert contacts you, within 24-48 hours after payment.
From there, you have:
- 28 days for Communication, Sales, and Marketing services.
- 14 days for the Express Accompaniment service.
- 45 days for the 360 Accompaniment.
All according to your availability and that of the expert. Make the most of your time!
Should I prepare anything for the first session?
Yes, there is some prep work! To make the most of the first session, the expert will send you an email with a checklist of items you should prepare beforehand. This way, we go straight to the action.
Does the expert in Clientify define my strategy?
The expert doesn’t define your strategy, but does provide guidance and suggests improvements based on their experience and your business needs.
